Aeterna (“we”) helps hosts and guests exchange voice messages and photos around life’s gatherings. This page describes what we collect during our pilot and how we use it.
Account information (email, and name if you provide it). Event details you enter (guest names, optional phone or email, PINs, dates). Audio messages you or guests record, and photos uploaded to an event gallery. Device and usage data needed to run the service (for example sync status for venue phones, and basic app diagnostics). Feedback you choose to send.
To operate your event: play and store messages, sync venue phones, show replies and galleries to the right hosts, and improve the product from feedback. We do not sell personal data.
We use infrastructure providers (hosting, authentication, storage) to run Aeterna. Guest links are meant for people you invite; anyone with a link can use that guest or event page. Partners (venues, planners, funeral homes) may see event information needed to place and support the phone.
We keep event media and account data while your event or account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for support and legal needs. You can ask us to delete an account or event by contacting us.
