Terms of use

These terms govern use of Aeterna’s apps, guest pages, and related services during our pilot. By creating an account or using a guest link, you agree to them.

The service

Aeterna lets hosts record personal audio for guests, optionally play it on a venue phone, and collect replies and gallery photos. Features and pricing may change during the pilot. We may offer digital-only and physical phone experiences.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to share guest contact details you upload. Do not use Aeterna for unlawful, harassing, or infringing content. Hosts are responsible for how they share guest links and materials. Guests should only use links intended for them.

Audio and media

You grant Aeterna a license to store, process, and play back media you upload as needed to provide the service to your event. Hosts own their event content as between you and us; we do not claim ownership of your recordings.

Equipment

Loaned phones and accessories remain Aeterna property unless a separate agreement says otherwise. Partners must follow return and care instructions provided with the kit.

Disclaimer

The pilot is provided as-is. We work to keep events reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to fees you paid us for the affected event (or zero if none).
